主要研究方向

  • 基于液相色谱和质谱联用分析的蛋白质组学方法学研究,研究领域主要涵盖:生物样品前处理方法、多维液相色谱与质谱联用、多模式质谱检测、生物信息学分析、化学蛋白质组学等。
  • 发展新的蛋白质组学策略用以系统研究细胞信号转导,研究领域主要涵盖:大规模分析蛋白质翻译后修饰(如磷酸化)、蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用、蛋白质-配体(如小分子药物和脂类)相互作用等。
  • 近期主要研究方向:以生物分析化学和化学生物学策略为研究基础,发展创新的蛋白质组学研究策略,用以系统地研究肿瘤微环境中的细胞间信号转导过程。我们已经初步构建了基于蛋白质磷酸化和蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用的细胞间信号转导网络。我们期望进一步鉴定多种影响癌症发生的分泌因子(潜在的生物标记物),并系统地阐述相关抗癌药物的治病机理。
