Low-temperature and solution-processable high-performance electronic devices and circuits. Our research program focuses on synthesis, processing, and integration of novel semiconductors and dielectric materials (organic, inorganic, and hybrid), interface modification and engineering, and device fabrication and optimization to improve device performance and durability.
