Every college (department) and course teachers should be responsible for conducting experimental teaching reform, integrate experimental teaching resources, expand the openness of experiment, actively provide students with greatest convenience, best conditions, and try their best to maximize the utilization of teaching resources. Every course teacher should scientifically and reasonably determine the teaching contents of experimental courses according to the overall requirements of goal for major training to the training of college students' experimental skills, and formulate experiment teaching outline. The outline should have explicit teaching objective and requirements, experimental task need to be completed in every unit and the experimental results should be reached, skills should be mastered by students, evaluation mode and requirements of compiling the experiment outline. Through the experimental course, students should be trained to have serious scientific attitude and rigorous work style, correctly use various apparatus, instruments, and gain the ability to observe, measure, process experimental data, analyze experimental results, write experimental report.
The contents of experimental teaching should be refined and should achieve the combination of “classic and modern, basic and comprehensive, traditional and cutting edge”, actively introduce the latest science research achievement and research means into the experimental teaching, integrate experimental contents, and improve the proportion of comprehensive, research based and designable experiment.
