Since the questionnaire only collects the feedback of students to the learning of discipline and there are many factors that could affect the reliability and validity of answers from students in the implementation process of questionnaire, so it should be noted the one-sidedness of using the result of questionnaire when conducting teaching evaluation and make further verify before confirming problems and developing solutions. The comprehensive teaching evaluation to teachers should also take methods such as peers visiting a class or analyzing examination papers etc. into consideration.
The questionnaire should be handed out and filled in before the exam of each course of each semester, the result of which should be settled by Department of Teaching Work and submit to the university authorities and department head of relevant departments before the beginning of a new semester, as well as feedback to the teachers of relevant courses as a reference for analyzing how to perfect teaching and auxiliary service work. The result of discipline questionnaire should be shared and discussed in the group by major teachers taking in charge under the condition of team teaching. The Department of Teaching Work should file the comprehensive analysis of questionnaire results of the semester for using of organizations and individuals’ check and no need to hand out them to course teachers.
